Job Description

Are you seeking a job that involves no calls and focuses on non-voice tasks? Sapient Customer Solutions (SCS) is hiring 50 Online Chat Agents for our Quezon City site. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working behind the scenes without phone interaction.

As an Online Chat Agent, you will assist customers through chat and email by handling inquiries, performing data entry, resolving issues, and providing product information professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, strong written communication skills in English, and basic computer proficiency. No prior BPO experience is needed; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
