We are looking for an Online Booking Specialist to join our team at SGS – Sapient Global Services in Makati. Here are the qualifications:
- Good English Communication Skills
- Open to Highschool graduates, College Undergraduates, Vocational Graduates, and K12/Senior Highschool Graduates
- Willing to start ASAP
- Amenable to work on-site with a shifting schedule

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage customer calls and assist with product inquiries
- Process orders, track shipments, and handle returns
- Resolve customer issues professionally
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00/month
