Job Description
Join Sapient Customer Solutions (SCS) as an Online Booking Account Chat Assistant! We are seeking energetic candidates with strong English communication skills. Highschool graduates, college undergraduates, vocational graduates, and K12/senior high graduates are welcome to apply. Must be able to start ASAP and work full-time on-site with a shifting schedule.
Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring satisfaction related to products, services, and billing.
