Sapient Global Services is urgently hiring Call Center Agents at our Metro sites. Earn up to $25,00 monthly!
Position Overview: Assist customers with order placement, tracking deliveries, and resolving issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Provide basic technical support related to the delivery app or website.
- Encourage customers to explore new items and special offers.
- Adhere to call center scripts and quality standards.
