JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a motivated individual for a reliever position that lasts for 3 – 4 months, offering competitive pay.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Monitor and process vendor payments and agency transactions.
- Manage marketing collaterals.
- Handle administrative documentation.
- Process supplier payables manually.
- Prepare and process payment requests.
- Encode data into SAP.
- Track payables and cost estimates.
- Prepare purchase requests.
