- Prevent problems by notifying customers promptly.
- Ensure timely notification for affected customers.
- Thoroughly encode all parts items in database platforms.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and document daily tasks.
- Assist in office management and perform administrative functions.
- Multi-task and support the assigned department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willing to work in Makati City and start ASAP.
Salary: Php 16,00.00 per month
