Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: Provide support for the claims processing of Personal Accident.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Receive and evaluate claims documents.
- Create Individual Claim folders.
- Verify coverages and premium payments.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of documents.
- Prepare correspondence and monitor claim status.
- Manage payment orders and claims release.
- Maintain claims log and physical files.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Benefits: Additional leave, health insurance, promotion opportunities, paid training, pay raises.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, performance bonuses.
