Job Objective: Handle various administrative and accounting tasks accurately and promptly.
Essential Functions:
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Manage company sales and expenses through tracking and reporting.
- Oversee accounts payable, billing, and client invoicing.
- Coordinate with accounting for government compliance.
- Communicate with suppliers and manage office maintenance.
- Handle incoming phone calls.
Qualifications: An associate or bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting, with at least 2 years of related experience.
