Job Description:
1. Scheduling and Coordination: Manage nursing staff schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate training sessions.
2. Communication: Liaise between nursing staff and other departments, relaying important information.
3. Document Management: Organize records, including patient files and staff reports.
4. Assisting in Hiring and Onboarding: Support the hiring process and facilitate onboarding for new staff.
5. Supply Management: Order and maintain office supplies and nursing resources.
Qualifications:
– Associate’s Degree in administration or healthcare management preferred.
– Proficient in office software with strong communication and organizational skills.
– Previous administrative experience in healthcare is preferred.
