Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner Team Leader to oversee clinical operations, mentor staff, and ensure delivery of high‑quality patient care. The role includes supervising nurse practitioners, coordinating schedules, developing clinical protocols, conducting complex patient assessments, and collaborating with physicians to optimize outcomes.
- Requirements: valid NP license, Master’s degree in Nursing, and a minimum of 3 years of NP experience with leadership or precepting background.
- Skills: strong clinical judgment, quality improvement experience, excellent communication; BLS/ACLS and EHR familiarity preferred.
- Position: full‑time role focused on patient safety, staff development, and operational excellence.
