Caldwell Communications is continuously looking for candidates to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customer demands with clients’ products and services.
- Use influencing skills to achieve customer buy-in.
- Share specific information with internal and external clients.
