Job Description

Join Sapient Customer Solutions (SCS)! We are seeking a Non-Voice Email and Chat Support Specialist with good English communication skills. We welcome applicants from various educational backgrounds: high school graduates, college undergraduates, vocational graduates, and K12/senior high school graduates.

Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, assisting with account issues, and resolving complaints. You should be willing to work on-site and adapt to a rotational shift schedule.

This is a full-time permanent position with a monthly pay ranging from Php18,00.00 to Php28,00.00 and various benefits, including health insurance and paid training.
