Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Non-Voice Customer Support Representatives. Positions available include Customer Service Representatives and Technical Support Representatives.
General Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions.
- Knowledge of company products is required.
- Maintain professionalism with challenging customers.
Qualifications:
- Filipino citizen or relevant residence status.
- At least 18 years old and a high school graduate.
