Job Description
At SapientBPO in Makati, we are seeking dedicated individuals for the Non-Voice Chat Support Agent position. Key responsibilities include assisting customers, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications: High School Graduate (Old curriculum) or ALS Graduate, good communication skills, and either 6 months of BPO experience or a college graduate with no BPO experience.
We offer a competitive salary of Php 18,00.00 to Php 27,00.00 per month, with benefits such as HMO, paid leaves, and government-mandated perks. Shifts available include day and night, Monday to Friday.
