At OrbitX Business Innovations, we are seeking dedicated Non-Voice BPO Agents to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications: A high school diploma is required. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills. Experience in BPO is not necessary; however, the ability to manage high call volumes and flexibility for shift work is essential.
Compensation: Php20,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month.
