- Oversee planning, organizing, and leading branch operations.
- Implement OAC policies and procedures effectively.
- Set annual objectives and develop sales strategies.
- Recruit, train, and monitor independent agents/brokers.
- Evaluate claims and manage approvals within authority limits.
- Prepare the branch budget aligned with goals.
- Develop and motivate staff to enhance skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; computer literate.
- 5+ years in non-life insurance; management experience preferred.
- Strong managerial, marketing skills; articulate and results-driven.
- Resident of Laguna and willing to travel.
