Job Description
We are seeking a New Product Development Supervisor to lead ideation, prototyping, and product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver market-ready products on schedule and within budget.
- Oversee concept development, manage timelines, and uphold quality standards.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and manufacturing to ensure successful commercialization.
- Provide project leadership, resource planning, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field; at least 3 years of product development experience; strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
