Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced technician with exceptional skills in maintaining various building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance on multiple building systems (MEPF).
- Oversee air conditioning operations to ensure peak performance.
- Apply expertise in plumbing, welding, carpentry, and related tasks.
- Follow Occupational Health & Safety protocols.
- Diagnose and resolve building-related issues effectively.
Qualifications: A minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience, NC II certification, and strong problem-solving abilities are required.
