Job Description
We seek a Multi-Platform E-Commerce Growth Specialist to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue across marketplaces, social commerce, and web channels.
- Plan and execute cross-platform marketing, optimize listings and ad campaigns, run A/B tests, and analyze performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS).
- Collaborate with merchandising and operations to scale assortment and improve conversion rates.
- Qualifications: 3+ years e-commerce growth experience, strong analytics proficiency with SQL and Excel, familiarity with Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, paid social, and conversion rate optimization. Data-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
