Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any Business-related courses and Automotive
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills (Oral & Written)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide operational assistance to the Regional officer, including receiving, screening, recording, and monitoring forms and transactions.
• Accurately input rental forms of equipment into the system.
• Collaborate with the Purchasing officer on job requests.
• Provide regular updates and status reports.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Benefits include paid training, pay raises, 13th month salary, and overtime pay.

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
