Job Description
Tanduay Distillers, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Microbiology Specialist. This role involves the detection of common and harmful microorganisms in raw materials through to the final product. The specialist will validate the effectiveness of key plant operations, including water treatment and sanitation of enclosed systems like pipes, vessels, and fillers.
The ideal candidate will assist in implementing cGMP, Food Safety, and FDA regulations, while also managing manufacturing operations concerning specific microbiological hazards.
