Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Merchandiser to ensure attractive, well-organized displays, maintain inventory accuracy, and support promotional activities in Davao City.
- Organize and maintain clean, customer-ready shelves and displays
- Monitor stock levels, prevent out-of-stocks, and request replenishment
- Verify pricing, labels, and barcodes; implement promotions and event setups
- Assist customers with inquiries and recommend products to drive sales
- Coordinate with store staff, supervisors, and suppliers; report trends and competitor activity
- Comply with company planograms, guidelines, and safety standards
Requirements: 1 year merchandising experience, willing to travel 100%, able to start immediately. Compensation: Php13,260–14,00/month. Benefits include health insurance, company events, performance-based raises, and promotion opportunities.
