Job Description
General Purpose: The Merchandiser is responsible for organizing and maintaining product displays in retail stores to increase sales and uphold the brand image. They ensure that products are well-stocked, visible, and presented according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product displays and ensure they are visually appealing.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in placing product orders.
- Set up promotional displays and maintain clean display areas.
- Collaborate with store staff to implement merchandising strategies.
- Prepare reports on product conditions and sales performance.
Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred experience in merchandising or retail. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to adapt and work in various locations.
