Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mega FM Site Lead to join our Operations team at Shopee in Manila, Philippines. The Operations team manages the entire process from the buyer’s product search to delivery, focusing on operational KPIs and performance analysis. As a Site Lead, you will oversee sorting center operations, drive efficiency improvements, and collaborate with various support teams.

Your responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound operations, conducting performance evaluations for sub-leads, and working closely with the SOC Lead on manpower planning. Ideal candidates should have 5-8 years of relevant experience in logistics or e-commerce.
