Job Description
Major Role: The Medical Records Staff will perform essential administrative tasks to maintain the accuracy, privacy, and confidentiality of patient information.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with inquiries for medical abstracts and certificates.
- Maintain proper filing of medical records.
- Retrieve patient charts for physicians and hospital operations.
- Collect newborn data for birth certificates.
- Prepare forms for death certificates.
Requirements: Graduate of any 4-year course; strong communication skills; calmness in handling people; experience in record-keeping; familiarity with Bizbox is a plus; willing to work in San Pedro, Laguna.
