Job Description
We are seeking a MEAL Officer to strengthen monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning across our programs. The role includes designing M&E plans, managing data collection and analysis, producing high-quality reports, maintaining beneficiary feedback mechanisms, and facilitating learning to enhance program effectiveness and impact.
- Required: Degree in social sciences and demonstrated M&E experience.
- Skills: Strong data analysis (Excel, SPSS), excellent written and verbal communication, and familiarity with donor reporting.
- Preferred: Field experience and fluency in English.
