Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Assistant/CSR to join our team at GlobalQuest in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. In this role, you will serve as the crucial link between our customer service representatives and the Customer Service Officer. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with customer complaints, compiling feedback reports, monitoring service usage, and supervising the deployment of customer service representatives during events. We are looking for candidates who have graduated from a four-year degree program, possess prior experience in customer service, and are proficient in relevant computer applications.
