Job Description
Job Purpose: The Sports and Athletics Manager at Manila Polo Club oversees sports operations, ensuring member satisfaction, efficiency, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage annual budget for effective operations.
- Implement work methods and establish service standards.
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of sports facilities.
- Supervise and evaluate staff performance.
- Address escalated member concerns and complaints.
Qualifications: Degree in HRM or sports management, 5 years in sports facility management, strong communication skills, and MS Office proficiency.
