Job Description

Successful candidates will be responsible for managing daily operational concerns, achieving sales targets, leading store personnel, maintaining optimum merchandise inventory levels, and implementing strategic business measures as directed by management. The Management Trainee role is an entry-level position preparing you for the Store Officer role.

Qualifications:

– Graduate of any 4-year business course

– At least 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in the retail industry

– Strong verbal and written communication skills

– Ability to perform with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

– 8-hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

– 13th-month salary
