Job Description
Hap Chan Trading and Management Corporation is seeking a motivated Management Trainee to support our upper management and supervisors in day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include completing assigned tasks by deadlines, attending staff meetings, overseeing employees, writing daily reports, assisting with new policy implementation, and ensuring proper training of new employees.
This is a full-time position suitable for fresh graduates. We offer company events, paid training, and the opportunity for promotion to a permanent employee. The work schedule includes both 10-hour and 8-hour shifts.
Additional benefits include a 13th-month salary and overtime pay. This is an in-person role.
