Job Description
Gbrothers Foods, Inc. (Pancake House) is seeking a dedicated Management Trainee to join our team at Robinsons. The ideal candidate will help managers complete daily tasks such as implementing new policies and understanding the daily processes and goals of various departments, including Marketing and Sales.
The role includes providing administrative support, getting familiar with personnel duties, and participating in the company’s strategic planning efforts.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HRM, HM, or a related field; work experience is required.
