Job Description

BQM Motorcycle Trading is seeking a motivated Management Trainee to join our team. Ideal candidates must be college graduates with experience in handling customer complaints and managing online platforms. Experience in the motorcycle industry is a plus.

Your responsibilities will include negotiating prices, scheduling customer appointments, engaging clients, maintaining records, and meeting sales targets. Candidates should be skilled in up-selling, answering inquiries, and providing immediate customer assistance.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary of Php12,00.00 to Php14,00.00. Benefits include paid training and commission pay.
