- Oversee daily operations of the mall, ensuring efficiency and standards.
- Responsible for profitable mall operations in line with management directives.
- Implement approved policies and enhance mall’s physical value.
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants, suppliers, and agencies.
- Ensure a secure environment to attract customers.
- Prepare marketing and annual event plans.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate in related fields, such as Engineering or Business Management.
- At least 4 years in mall operations or building management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English and Filipino.
