Job Description

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php450.00 – Php520.00 per month
Responsibilities:
- Complete minor repairs (doors, locks, light bulbs).
- Basic plumbing tasks (unclog drains, fix leaks).
- Regular cleaning (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming).
- Maintain outdoor areas (mowing, snow shoveling).
- Inspect panels and wiring for issues.
- Inventory maintenance supplies.
- Respond to emergency repair requests.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning well.
Benefits: On-site parking
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, overtime pay
