Title: Maintenance Coordinator

Reporting to: Senior Maintenance Coordinator and Head of Property Maintenance

Work Hours: 9AM to 5PM EST or 8AM to 4PM EST

The candidate will join a team of six, handling tenant maintenance requests and coordinating service calls. Utilizing property management software, they will ensure work orders are completed efficiently.

Requirements

• Knowledge of North American real estate and property maintenance
• 1-2 years experience in the real estate sector
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in productivity software (Monday, Trello, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Proficient in Google/Microsoft Suite
