Job Description
Nestlé is in search of a highly motivated Maintenance and Improvement Supervisor to ensure the efficient utilization of manpower and resources within our facility. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliable and effective operation of our plant’s fixed assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance operations and improvements, while collaborating with engineering and other departments.
- Maintain and monitor operational procedures for machinery to guarantee safe operations.
- Conduct job hazard analyses and lead safety meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Preferred: Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
