Job Description

• Execute various strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Demonstrate product functions, pricing, and availability.
• Enhance customer experience by resolving inquiries and complaints.
• Provide onsite support for software issues and explain policies.
• Develop understanding of MAC OS and IOS upgrade requirements.
• Document common issues into scripted processes.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Manage inquiries and provide product quotations.
• Ensure compliance with company rules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: Php645.00 per day
