Job Description

Loan Factory Inc. is seeking a dedicated Mortgage Loan Processor to ensure the smooth processing of mortgage loan applications from submission to closing. You will collaborate with borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters to gather, review, and verify critical documents, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and verify borrower information.
• Order and review third-party reports.
• Communicate updates with borrowers and loan officers.
• Prepare loan files for underwriting.
• Resolve issues or discrepancies during the process.

This is a full-time position in Ortigas, Pasig, offering a salary of Php30,00.00 – Php36,00.00 per month, suitable for fresh graduates.
