Job Description
We are looking for driven individuals to deliver outstanding customer service to clients inquiring about their loan applications and statuses. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and assistance with online inquiries and document submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Manage inquiries and oversee document submissions from clients via online platforms.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in the finance sector is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service.
- Availability to work in Roxas Avenue, Davao City, and to start immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php13,260.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
