Job Description

SM Development Corporation is seeking a motivated Loan Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will review pre-signed documents for Real Estate Mortgage (REM) conversion, coordinate with HDMF, prepare compliance documents, and attend to buyer inquiries.

Duties include: Reviewing documents, coordinating notarization dates, collating necessary paperwork, and updating SAP milestones.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent (fresh graduates welcome). Must be computer literate, possess good communication skills, and be able to work in Pasay City from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday.

Pay starts at Php21,00 per month with benefits including company events, employee discounts, and health insurance.
