Responsibilities:

Manage listing and transaction processes including:

• Sending offers for review and approval
• Confirming signed offers
• Coordinating communications and document management
• Overseeing inspections and attorney reviews
• Preparing required emails and updates

Experience and Proficiency: Prior offer writing skills; any experience in TC/LM; high attention to detail.
