Job Description
We are looking for a Project-Based Liaison Staff to assist in coordinating with government offices and ensuring timely processing of permits and compliance requirements. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in handling administrative and regulatory tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the processing, renewal, and follow-up of business permits with local government units (LGUs).
- Manage the application and renewal of sanitary permits and other regulatory clearances.
- Coordinate with government agencies, offices, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Prepare, organize, and submit necessary documents for permit applications.
- Monitor deadlines and maintain records of permits and licenses.
- Provide updates and reports on the status of applications and renewals.
Qualifications
- At least College level (undergraduate or graduate)
- Experience in liaison work or government permit processing preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to government offices as needed.
