Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Lending Collector to manage overdue accounts at company branches. Duties include reviewing debtor lists, contacting customers about overdue bills, explaining payment options and methods, negotiating and arranging repayment plans, maintaining accurate payment records, and collecting payments. The role requires flexibility to relocate between branches and remain on site when assigned.
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; driver’s license preferred.
- Skills: excellent communication and negotiation abilities, strong attention to detail, and basic record-keeping proficiency.
