Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Full-Time Legal Virtual Assistant for a leading law firm in Canada. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience as a Legal Virtual Assistant or Paralegal.
Key responsibilities include drafting legal documents, conducting research, providing litigation support, managing client inquiries, and overseeing project management tasks. Proficiency in CRMs, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office is essential, along with strong communication skills in English.
We offer competitive pay of $5.50/hour, paid PH holidays after 3 months, performance bonuses, and health benefits after a probation period.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
