Job Description

Job Summary: The Leasing Staff is responsible for assisting the Leasing Manager with administrative tasks, including preparing reports, meeting with clients, and managing documentation. This position also involves tenant prospecting and addressing tenant concerns. Additionally, the Leasing Staff closely monitors billing and collection activities for tenants.

Job Specification:

• Educational Attainment: Graduate of any business-related course or equivalent.
• Work Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with at least 1 year of related work experience are welcome to apply.
