Job Description
Xentro Malls is actively seeking a qualified Leasing Officer to join our Leasing Department. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Marketing, Business Management, Property Management, or a related field, accompanied by 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in property management or lease marketing at a supervisory level. Strong negotiation skills and a comprehensive understanding of the mall, retail, and real estate industries are essential.
Key responsibilities include filling vacancies, enhancing occupancy rates, establishing tenant zoning and mix, and managing all documentation for new tenants. You will serve as the primary leasing contact during the inaugural year of mall operations.
