Job Description
We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to design and deliver programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement. The role includes conducting needs assessments, developing curricula and learning materials, facilitating instructor-led and virtual training sessions, evaluating outcomes, and managing e-learning platforms and LMS administration.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in learning and development or training.
- Core skills: strong instructional design, excellent communication and facilitation abilities, and proficiency with LMS and modern learning technologies.
