Job Description
Vertere Global Solutions Inc. is on the lookout for a skilled L2 Technical Support professional to become part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess strong technical acumen in software concepts such as HTML, JavaScript, WordPress, SQL queries, and will be familiar with CRM platforms and cloud technologies.
Your primary responsibilities will involve troubleshooting complex issues, preparing documentation for Tier 3 support, developing support scripts, and efficiently handling escalated problems. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential for this role.
This is a full-time position offering an 18-month fixed contract, inclusive of health and life insurance benefits.
