Job Description
Stark Asia Solutions, Inc. is excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated L1 Service Desk Analyst to join our team at our Eton Centris location in Quezon City. This full-time, permanent position offers a dynamic shifting schedule and requires a minimum of a high school diploma, though a Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science is preferred.
Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, logging incidents using CRM tools, and providing remote assistance to our clients.
