Job Description
Makati Shangri-La, Manila is a deluxe hotel in the heart of Manila’s financial district. We are hiring a Service Leader – Kitchen (Horizon).
As a Service Leader, your responsibilities include:
- Maintaining food preparation processes.
- Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety policies.
- Supervising kitchen personnel.
- Assisting with daily kitchen operations.
- Fostering team relationships.
- Supporting the Sous Chef.
We seek candidates passionate about Food & Beverage with luxury restaurant or 5-star hotel experience. Fluency in English and shift work willingness are required.
